Discipleship Bible School (DBS)
DBS or Discipleship Bible School is a 12-week Bible school. During school, you get an overview of "God's story" and explore God's purposes in it. You will read through the entire Bible, observe the chronology of biblical events, and learn to better understand the historical context of each book, understand the harmony between the books, recognize different genres of literature and identify the major themes in these 66 books.
Every week we get to hear teachers from around the world. The teaching is intensive, challenging and led by the Holy Spirit. We also spend time every day in small groups learning together. In addition to these, we learn through community living, homework, mentoring, praise, intercession, weekly activities and practical work services.
At the end of the school, you will have the tools to study the Bible more independently, to facilitate the Bible in small groups, and a timeline and a 30-40 minute presentation that you can use to tell anyone about God's Redemptive plan throughout the Bible.
